Brian is a seasoned entrepreneur who launched his first venture, Social Mediators, while in college, eventually selling the business to a strategic buyer. Afterward, he joined O'Hare Management, a boutique M&A advisory firm, where he specialized in guiding founder-led businesses through successful exits across various sectors.
In 2019, Brian and his Partner, Joe Zanca, founded Dealgen Partners, a buy-side advisory firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Dealgen Partners works closely with leading private equity firms and strategic acquirers to source high-quality investment opportunities. Brian holds a BS and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
