David Miller

David has turned the art of exiting into a science, then transformed that science into a repeatable process. With over 25 years of experience, he’s bought, sold, merged, and spun off dozens of companies across industries as wide-ranging as cannabis, fashion, clean energy, and finance.

As a 20 yr old college student, his career started as analyst where he advised Warren Buffett on a local billion-dollar acquisition in his hometown. He worked in corporate America for 5 years before he started his entrepreneurial journey of building and exited multiple 8 figure businesses from scratch. During COVID, he guided the CDC. And when he’s not building school systems in Africa or homes in Haiti, he’s living life to the fullest as a world traveler, foodie, and proud dad to three amazing boys and his adopted daughter, Destinee.
