With over 25 years of experience in negotiation training, consulting, mediation, and real estate, Derrick is a licensed CA real estate broker, holds certification in mediation from Harvard Law School, a masters, and BA degrees in Political Science/Pre-Law Speech Communication/Theatre Arts from USC. He is also a veteran of the USMC.
The author of four books, and the creator of the CNSUF™ negotiation framework, Derrick is passionate about sharing his insights and expertise with diverse audiences, and empowering them to achieve the 'highest and best possible outcomes' using CNSUF™ strategies, skills, persuasion and influence.
